I reached out to customer service hoping they’d help me sort things out, but the replies were really short and didn’t give me much to work with. What made it more annoying was having to verify myself over and over before getting any real answers. In the end, I had to figure out most of it on my own.

I had a question and expected to be waiting forever, but support replied so fast I almost didn't believe it. They fixed everything with zero hassle, and I was ridiculously relieved. Like, was it a small issue? Sure. Did I act like they rescued me from disaster? Absolutely.

The package showed up in decent shape, honestly. There was just a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was totally fine. A little extra padding would’ve been nice, but overall I don’t really have any big complaints.

I ordered this from lankris.com it looks genuine to me. The packaging and labels were what I expected—nothing seemed off or sketchy. I was checking it closely and then, yeah, the shipping did take a bit longer than I hoped, so I’d give it 4 stars overall.
